License Agreement / Terms and Conditions

The Aphasia Center of California has spent literally thousands of hours to develop the Book Connection™ Manual and Curriculum Materials (hereinafter referred to as “Materials”). Continuation of this program, as well as future creation of Book Connection™ Materials, depends on product purchase. Please help keep this program going through your legal purchase and use of the Materials.

All Book Connection™ Materials are copyrighted. The purchase of these materials allows use at a single site or location, and may be copied for use with book club participants within the purchasers site. Except for distribution to book club participants, the Materials may not be distributed electronically or in print, in whole or in part, with any sites beyond purchasing sites.

Book Connection™ Materials may be used solely for educational purposes. They may not be distributed or sold, rented, leased, or licensed to others. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Materials. The rights granted to you constitute a license and not a transfer of title.

The Materials are your use subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes to this document that the Aphasia Center of California may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”).
